There are a whole series of reasons why you might not be able to log into the app. There are a few reasons and possible solutions list below.

Login Error - Incorrect Credentials Message

Reason:
A fairly standard dialog, it means either the email or the password enter is incorrect. 

Solution:
You can request a new password from the same Sign in screen.

Login Error - Incorrect Credentials Message

Reason:
ArcSite needs an internet connection to log into an account. 

Solution:
Ensure that you are connected either to a cellular or Wifi connection while logging into your account.

The "A server with the specified hostname could not be found" message

Reason:
This seems to occur out in the field when switching between mobile networks

Solution:
Rebooting the device itself seems to fix this issue. The issue is deeper than ArcSite (in  iOS itself) and needs to be reset.

You Keep Getting Logged Off

Reason:
Typically this is when a second person logs into the same account on another device

Solution:
There is no solution for this as an ArcSite account can only be used by one person at a time.
